Sokolova Events is a luxury experience brand founded in Madeira in 2021 by Anastasia Sokolova and Alexei Sokolov. We combine planning, design and photography for marriage proposals, weddings, intimate elopements and private celebrations.
Our goal is to create personal and unforgettable experiences that feel natural, effortless and beautifully considered.
Our Story
Every unforgettable moment begins with a single idea - to create something truly meaningful.
We began by photographing couples who came to Madeira, capturing not only their connection, but also the extraordinary beauty of the island around them. Over time, we realised that photography could become part of something greater.
Madeira inspired us to create complete romantic experiences - discovering beautiful places, thoughtfully shaping the journey and atmosphere, and allowing photography to become a natural part of the moment.
What began with photography gradually evolved into Sokolova Events, creating refined experiences for those who come to Madeira to celebrate love.
Today, we design marriage proposals, intimate weddings and elopements, romantic picnics, couple experiences and photography sessions - each shaped around the people, the setting and the meaning of the occasion.
