1. Booking & Reservation

Each experience is thoughtfully designed and requires careful preparation.
Following the agreement on all details, a deposit is required to secure your selected date.

Your reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, after which the preparation process begins.

 

2. Payments

The deposit allows us to reserve your date and begin organizing all elements of your experience.
The remaining balance can be conveniently settled before or on the day of the experience.

For your comfort, we accept both bank transfers and card payments, including the option of on-site payment.

 

3. Changes & Rescheduling

We understand that plans may evolve and always aim to remain flexible.
If needed, we will gladly assist with rescheduling or adjusting the experience, subject to availability.

We kindly recommend informing us of any changes in advance to ensure the best possible outcome.

4. Weather & Conditions

Madeira offers a unique variety of landscapes and microclimates, allowing flexibility in planning.

In case of unfavorable weather, we may suggest:

• adjusted timing

• refined route planning

5. Timing & Participation

To achieve the best results, we kindly ask clients to arrive on time and follow the agreed schedule.

Throughout the experience, we provide gentle guidance, helping you feel comfortable while allowing moments to unfold naturally.

Our role is to guide the process subtly, creating an elegant and natural result that reflects your story.

7. Delivery

After the experience, photographs are carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect the atmosphere and emotion of the day.

Access to a private online gallery is typically provided within 2–3 weeks.
For selected experiences, a premium printed photo book is prepared within approximately one month after editing is completed.

Some experiences may include carefully selected partners such as yachts, restaurants, musicians, or stylists.

All partners are chosen to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.
